Founded in 2014, we started a just a small project when my mom asked me to bring a bar of Colombian Chocolate back to the US.  Turned out, Colombia grew the finest chocolate, but there were no fine Colombian chocolate makers.   So I started learning and making test batch

Our Chocolate

The cacao beans used in our chocolate bars have been carefully selected for each region’s unique flavors. We purchase direct from the farmers at above fair trade pricing. Our beans are organic, though not certified. All single origin bars are 80 grams.

Sugar Free

Chocolate

We use a new product called Allulose to craft delicious sugar free chocolate bars without chemicals or side effects. Allulose is a simple sugar (monosaccharide) that is absorbed by the body but not metabolized, so it only has 1/10th of the calories of sugar. It also has no glycemic impact, meaning it has no affect on your blood sugar or insulin levels. It is a little less sweet than normal sugar so we add a touch of Stevia to our recipes.
